Dale O'Neal, Attorney

Dale O'Neal is a Forth Worth attorney with over 30 years of experience in federal tax litigation. He is committed to federal and state tax resolution and is licensed to represent U.S. taxpayers in tax court in all 50 states. His areas of practice expertise include IRS criminal investigations, tax litigation, asset protection strategies, and probate issues. He is board certified in family law and has a talent for helping individual taxpayers file innocent spouse relief claims.

Mr. O'Neal's legal knowledge and background are extensive. During the last three decades, he has has acted as lead attorney in over 5000 trials. He is also an adjunct professor at The University of Texas and a former adjunct professor at Texas A&M School of Law.
